Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service

About three months ago, around Halloween, I was looking to buy an Mbox Mini, which is a compact portable 2x2 audio computer recording interface. First I tried a website which name I don’t really remember, but what that I do remember was the trouble it made me go through. First of all, the website was complicated, then they were asking for a lot of unnecessary information, and top of that, whenever I tried to call I was never able to talk with a real person. Then I remembered a website a friend had recommended me a few years back called Sweetwater. They have a really nice, easy to understand website, when it comes to buying the only ask for the usual like name, address and credit card information. Then they also assign one person to you, who keeps in contact with you, even after the purchase has been made. The attention was amazing, I even made the mistake of missing one digit in the zip code, and so they called me before shipping because they noticed something wrong. Then, my Mbox was delivered really fast, and they even included a free issue of one of their magazine, a personal letter from the person they assigned to me and, my favorite part, a bag full of various candies, I know that last part seems silly, but it’s those little details that show me that they care.
