Target Market Strategy


"We define marketing management as the art and science of choosing target markets and building profitable relationships with them." (Marketing: An Introduction, pp.9)

At Joysticks, our target market could be summed up to “gamers”, from kids, and amateur gamers, to young adults and hardcore gamers. Still, we will focus on bringing the best service and attention to every customer, like for example the kids parents, or the hardcore gamer best friend, because people will not only like the video games, they will love the food, the attention, and the environment.

"Good marketing companies know that they cannot serve all customers in every way. Instead, they need to focus their resources on the customers they can serve best and most profitably." (Marketing: An Introduction, pp.31)
