Objectives


Now that Joysticks has it’s mission statement, we have to set more specific objectives to work to accomplish them. The mission is then transformed into detailed supporting goals and objectives, which in turn guide decisions about the business portfolio.” (Marketing: An Introduction, pp. 61)


 Our main objectives at Joysticks are:

·      To establish ourselves as a unique place, capable of providing an experience different from any other place in town.
·      To grow from our customers loyalty and suggestions
·      To reach out to every gamer in town.
·      To grow with the help of our customers.
·      To offer a menu unique, and original, that only Joysticks can provide.
·      To have a place that’s enjoyable by kids as well as adults.
·      To have a safe, fun environment, that’s every gamers dream.
·      To associate ourselves with popular video game publishers and retailers like GameStop.
